Medicaid/Medicare

Our expertise in Medicaid and Medicare transportation broker management is recognized in many states throughout the country and is unsurpassed by our competition. We have built a solid reputation for providing excellent customer service, while at the same time providing safe, quality–oriented and cost–effective transportation services. TMS contracts with numerous government–sponsored managed care organizations and many government agencies in multiple states to provide Medicaid and Medicare funded services.

The TMS operations team has well over 350 years of Medicaid and other transportation related service delivery experience. TMS has a demonstrated track record of program enhancements and gate keeping practices that can be easily replicated to control costs and improve efficiency from Day 1 of any transportation program. These same factors can be implemented in equivalent fashions within existing transportation programs to provide improvement in customer satisfaction, measurable savings and quality improvement.

Transportation Disadvantaged

The TMS team has extensive knowledge and experience in providing and administering transportation disadvantaged programs. The coordination of local, state and federally funded transportation services is a key component to ensuring that transportation services are provided in the most effective and efficient manner possible.TMS is proud to collaborate with local entities to ensure the provision of all transportation disadvantaged services are fully coordinated into the community.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

TMS Management Group, Inc., through its principals, has successfully managed and delivered large urban ADA Para-transit programs. TMS creates complementary Para-transit services with redundant delivery modes featuring local transportation providers who are familiar with each territory.TMS routinely works with local transit authorities in a cooperative manner with both bus pass and ADA services. These services may include feeder routes to bus stops and door–to–door trips.
